Bernie and Ron update19/07/2010
Both Ron Wallwork and Bernie Hercock attended at Lee Valley on Saturday 17th July at the London Inter Clubs Challenge Meeting. It was good to see them both and both looking well too after their respective set-backs.
Bernie Hercock even competed in the 2k walk taking things nice and steady. Well done.
